We are Ajar Ads ("we", "us", or "our"), an online marketplace based in Lagos, Nigeria, that operates the website https://ajarads.com (the "Site").
Ajar Ads is an online marketplace where businesses can discover and book outdoor advertising spaces including billboards, digital screens and bus ads in Lagos, Nigeria. All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Ajar Ads, concerning your access to and use of the Site and our services. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Ajar Ads provides an online marketplace connecting buyers who wish to book outdoor advertising spaces with owners who list such spaces on our platform. Our services include:
All services are provided for users aged 18 and above only. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
There are two types of accounts on Ajar Ads:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

All payments on Ajar Ads are processed securely through Paystack. By making a payment on our platform, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service and privacy policy, available at https://paystack.com/privacy.
Ajar Ads accepts payment in Nigerian Naira (NGN). The price displayed at checkout is the total amount you will be charged, inclusive of our service fee.
Payment disputes between you and your bank or card issuer are handled directly between you, your financial institution, and Paystack. Ajar Ads is not a party to such disputes.
Buyers may cancel a confirmed booking within 7 days of receiving booking confirmation, provided the ad has not yet gone live. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. After 7 days from booking confirmation, cancellations are not permitted. If the ad is already live and running, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances and no refund will be issued.
If Ajar Ads or the ad space owner is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking for any reason, the buyer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
All approved refunds are processed through Paystack. Refund timelines are subject to Paystack's processing times and your bank's policies. Ajar Ads is not responsible for delays caused by Paystack or financial institutions.
All communications between buyers and ad space owners must take place exclusively through the Ajar Ads platform. Direct communication between buyers and owners outside of Ajar Ads is strictly prohibited.
The in-platform chat feature is only available for confirmed bookings. Ajar Ads acts as the intermediary between buyers and ad space owners.
As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
By uploading content to Ajar Ads, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and share the content, and that it is accurate and not misleading.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ajar Ads for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for the accuracy of listing information provided by ad space owners, the availability of any ad space at the time of booking, technical failures or interruptions of the platform, or payment disputes between you and Paystack or your financial institution.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ajar Ads verifies listings before they go live on the platform. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information provided by ad space owners.
If you believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately at eniolaomoniyi07@gmail.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the URL where the infringing content appears, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with Ajar Ads through informal negotiations. You must contact us at eniolaomoniyi07@gmail.com and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If informal negotiations fail, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, conducted in the English language by a single arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at eniolaomoniyi07@gmail.com.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
